Doesnt Work

The arrows I draw onto the vid stays on the vid the whole time. I wanted it to appear real time, but thats no where near the worst part. The bottom line is that it wont save to my album. Well it will but itll record a 0 second vid. Yes, zero seconds. The arrows I drew into the vid are now inverted on the zero second vid. I was hoping this would fit the bill but it doesnt.
